Sign into the portal, then choose the down carrot next to "Docketing".
Select the "Docket Saver" option.
Docket Saver will populate your entries.
Docket Saver is a powerful tool that helps you check the accuracy of your docketed items. We run a verification of all the items we scrape from the UPSTO against your docket. Once this is completed, you will see a "Pass" or "Fail" icon in the Result column. We recommend filtering on the "Failed" items, since these will need the most attention.
Here are your failed items:
Click the "+" to view the entire verification result.
The Message will tell you why verification failed.
The Verification Data will give you more specific information on what the rules were looking for.
The Note field is for internal notes, either for you to keep track of fixes you made, or to internally communicate with you team about an item.
The Reviewed column is used once you review an item and make appropriate fixes to your docketing system or deem that no fix is needed. You can click the box to populate the checkmark. In the future, you can filter out the items that you have already reviewed.
If you believe that an item should NOT have failed verification, you can give us feedback to update the verification rules. To do this, go to an item that has erroneously failed. Click "Send Feedback".
A box will appear where you can add your comments. This box will contain all the pertinent details for you to easily recall and reference if needed. Please make sure that these comments are thorough and will pertain to all your items as this will alert our team to update the verification rules.
Click "Submit". We have received your feedback and will update the rules accordingly!
